Brand new. That thing is probably worth about $5K maybe and in this economy closer to $4k this time of year. Could be stolen or could be a guy who needs a quick sale.

1. Selling a snow "machine" (TM)-Sarah Palin in Miami was my first chuckle.
2. It's a $5k-$6500 sled for $1900, in Miami.
3. No phone number or way to contact, the ad is in English and it is in MIAMI.

There's your way to contact right there. :idk: I don't put my phone number in craigslist ads either.
And Miami might be 50% or more Hispanic, but most of those Hispanics can read English. For those who can't, fuck em, they're not worth interacting with, and they wouldn't be the type of person who would buy a snowmobile anyway.

Some old fart Quebecois probably forgot to unhitch it when he headed south and now wants to sell it for cigarette money.

If it were a Frenchie, he'd never make it to Miami.
They all land in Hollywood, FL about 20 miles north of MIA.

What'd you do, go to South Beach for a weekend and think you saw the real Miami?
The 2009 Census put Miami at over 60% Hispanic. In reality it's probably 75%+ hispanic and MOST of them don't know a damn bit of English and don't want to see it in their private little country down there.

Maybe he was tired of the cold and hauled it down until he found a place where people saw it and said "What's that thing?" then moved there.

Isn't that why I said 50% OR MORE?
And are you including the suburbs in your data?
Also, the vast majority of Hispanics who can't read English don't have the money to buy discretionary toys like that anyway. And even if they did, they're not as likely as a White guy to be interested in winter sports.

Of course I'm including the suburbs, since that's where the bulk of Miami's population is. And is covered by Miami craigslist.
The rest you're right, which is exactly the reason it's a bullshit ad. Who are they marketing to? A bunch of people that don't like cold weather and would have to trailer a sled no less than 1000 miles to use it?
Wow, some people will argue anything...
People, it's a snowmobile 1000+ miles from any area that has enough snow. This shouldn't be that hard. It's in fucking Nigeria.
