For some strange reason, "they" think that no one will run them over. I see "them" in the streets all the time.

Kinda like the local assholes around me that call themselves deer hunting by standing on the side of the road or in the road waiting on their dogs to run the deer to them. ..

your ass better move or you will become a greasy spot in the damn road. I don't slow down, beep my horn, or swerve to avoid you. YOU ARE IN THE DAMN ROAD....

I just throw bottles of water at them. I can always claim they look thirsty, but a bottle of water traveling at 50 MPH makes my point.

My black buddy says to just keep on the gas and they will get outta the way. Seems to work.
