Very nice, agree about needing a fender eliminator fo sho.

Welcome to the blue and white gsxr club. By my count it's you, me, ben spies, mat mladin and 1.4 million squids.

My first impressions are... Man what a sweet fucking bike. The steering is effortless. I hold my lines perfectly now instead of fighting in on the Kawi. The engine is so much smoother too. It just purrs at 7K rpm.

I haven't really tested the engine yet as I am keeping the rpm's under 7500 for now. In 6th gear I can cruise at 90 mph and still be under 7500 rpm. With a 15K red line, the thing will top out pretty damn fast.

As I've posted elsewhere if I didn't have the R1 I would have probably bought the gsxr 750....nice balance between the middleweights and litre bikes. I wish the other manufactures offered something like this...congrats. :dthumb:

I still have him... Logistical reasons prevented the handoff between Rae and myself before she left...

logistical reasons= fucking LONG ASS WAY to ride just to hand off Chewy

I was thinking about that, but doesn't that sorta defeat the purpose of keeping him on two wheels...

Mr Lefty
06-04-2008, 10:29 PM
yeah don't Fed ex him... when it started we knew not EVERYONE was gonna see him... that's the whole idea... is to see how far he can go on two wheels.
