Ever look back at the last 6 months and think about how things in your life have changed?
Just thinking about some of the members here and how they've gone through some life things, babies, new jobs, etc.
A lot can change in 6 months.
And yes Lee.....BIG GULPS!!!!

In my own life I've changed jobs, moved cities, lost weight, and have been dating someone for the past 5 months.
Oh ya....and got a puppy!

Six months ago, I was living in Japan, I had just gotten back from Afghanistan, I was riding a GSXR, was doing a very different job than I am now, and didn't own a home. Yeah, my life is different now.

Totally agree. Thing is: the
more things change, the more they remain the same.

Started drinking, hell I never stopped
For me obviously is the baby on the way and now the mad rush to get everything in order before he shows up.

I don't know why I ever stopped drinking. Its really reducing my stress levels and helping me sleep. If I am going to make it through the year with my sanity intact then I am drinking every night.

Got a dog (well, that was actually ~8 months ago), got a new car, got something of a social life again, made a lot of new friends, and recently became single again after a memorable year with a great girl.
In another 6 months I plan to finally have my own place after 15 years of having a roommate, and hopefully some prospects for a more satisfying job.

Yeah, it's been nutty. Marriage is done, moved out of the house, lost any shred of disposable income I had, didn't get a job I thought I'd be a shoe-in for, and I'm somehow happier than I have been in years. Well, except that my bike's now track-only and I can't afford track days. :lmao:

I'm riding a good wave, watching my babies turn into productive members of society. Time is flying by....

Returned a Lease, bought a new Car.
Sold both of my bikes, bought two more.
Now half of one of those two bike is in my basement with it's engine in about a million pieces.
Good times.

Not a lot has changed. Got a new job, at a place I've worked at before. Life is good. Bought Hannah her wedding band, booked the honey moon.
Probably gonna sell my Volvo and get a GTO. So, I'll check in 6 months from now.

6 months? Alot can change in a single month, from my experience. Our life pulled a 180' in just 4 weeks.
The past 6 months have been great to me. Promotion/raise, newborn son, new Speed Triple, moved back into an office at work from a cube, new living room furniture, money in the bank, and we've become closer to our family and friends. My wife and I are extremely happy and feel very fortunate for everything we have.

If I go a little further than six months yep some things have changed but in the last six it's been pretty stable and business as usual...nothing noteworthy to report at this time.
