If I'm going to take my chances @ playing twice a week for a year, I'd rather the chance at winning actually be real.

If you're going to play twice a week for a year, may I suggest investing that money rather than buying lotto tickets? Do that for the next 30 years and I bet you'll have more money in the end than you would from playing the lotto twice a week for 30 years.

And yes, I know you weren't saying that you're going to play twice a week.
