I grew up in a household that was nutty about weight, so I weighed myself at least once a day. Yes I know, wackadoodle.
Now, sometimes it's every week, or if I forget, whenever I get around to it.
How often do you weigh yourself?

I'm not actively pursuing weight loss, but I like to know if I'm starting to put some back on or losing some by my regular activities.
Generally a couple of times a week is enough for my needs.

I do it when I notice the scale before getting in the shower. That is typically every week or two so I picked every once in a while. Regardless of what I'm doing as far as exercising, eating, or drinking I'm always in a 10lb range anyway so I don't pay much attention.

3 times a week at the gym because the scale is in the perfect place for me to stare at the ass of the girl working the counter.

I'm the same. My roommate has a scale and when I think about it (or see it), I hop on before the shower.
Today I was pleasantly surprised by a 15 pound drop. :D

Maybe I should have clicked "every once in awhile," but never is closer to being accurate. It's normally more like once every couple of years. I can tell by looking in the mirror that I need to work out, I don't need a scale to tell me that.

Every Monday morning, before breakfast. Speaking of, I've lost 12 lbs. since I first got sick a few weeks ago.

A couple times a week. I dont own a scale and Im not trying to lose or gain weight but the scale at the gym is on the way from the treadmill to the weights so I usually stop there when Im working out.
I kind of want to get one of those Withings scales that connect to the internet over wifi and track your weight online.

Every Thursday at 12:30pm.
Other times are various, usually before and/or after a run to check hydration or if I feel like I'm getting a little out of control (i.e. desserts after every supper or a snack after my afternoon snack).

Weekly. I'm trying to cut down on simple sugars and calories as a whole and it is slowly working (slowly works for me)

Mine depends on what my goals are at the time. If Im spending my time at the gym focusing on strength gains or maintaining my weight then I dont really bother. Since I just started my next cut phase yesterday Ill probably be weighing myself at least a few times a week until I hit my goal weight.

I don't have a scale. I get weighed at the dr's office or whenever I go to a friend's house and they happen to have a scale, if I am feeling real motivated, I may jump on.
Last time I got weighed was a week ago at the dr's. 108 lbs with clothes on.

Every time I order new springs and set sag on a new bike. Me plus leathers, gloves, boots, helmet and back protector. The rest of the time the scales hide behind the clothes dryer...

I weigh myself before and after I do my daily weight loss program.
I really don't weigh my self because my weight barely fluctuates. The most I've ever was 145. I hover around 135-140 depending on how much mexican food I eat.
