In the last week we've had 2 pig trucks overturn, causing road closures within the areas that people commute from, in order to get into Toronto. By the way, Toronto's nickname is "Hogtown."

Last week:

Oh geeze!

I got stuck on the 401 two weeks ago because a dump truck lost it's load of asphalt. :rolleyes:

I used to commute on the QEW to New York. Can't say I ever had too many traffic problems on it.

DVP...totally different story!

I only had to go 20 Kmh out of my way, on my trip in to work yesterday, in order to avoid it :skep:

Try QEW anywhere between Burlington and Toronto, during rush hour. I could probably walk to Hamilton, on the roofs of the cars, faster than they could get there.

Monday: Commute detour because of pigs scattered across the highway.

Tuesday: Highway exit altered because of a dead body next to my usual ramp.

Wednesday: Day called on account of alien landing in the quad?

Ontario Provincial Police have a few hundred pigs that you could smoke. Just watch out for the lead.

My friends dad is a deputy sheriff. He has told me tons of stories about accidents with beheadings, bodies in half, brains on the pavement, etc....

The only scene that still gives him nightmares was a pig truck that got in an accident. He said he still wakes up to screaming, dying pigs. :panic:

Wednesday - NOTHING!

Thursday - Yonge Street closed, from Richmond to Gerrard, for "NHL Face-off" until 6:00am Friday? WTF?!!!
