Because, unlike some, I'd like to maintain our relationship.... Having your SO on a forum with you is bad juju IMHO, and I think the stats bear me out. I know of 3 or 4 forum couples that have gone from heroes to zeros in nothing flat here.

I was supposed to be down in Deals Gap this weekend.....but with the job change I really couldn't commit to the trip. And thank goodness too, because my boss in on holidays at the moment so my time would've been denied anyways.

I'm not sure that it's the forum per se', I just think that when you put yourself in the position where you cannot have ANY sanctuary from your partner, it's a recipe for disaster... besides, my GF has plenty of her own personal outlets that I don't tread on. I see nothing wrong with that.
