You are probably riding out of your skill level on your shitty non-buell.

That's a badass pic and badass bike. Question dlit; do you have a yearly membership to an LV track? How many trackdays do you do a month during summer?

Nope, it's just a pay for whatever day you want to do at the time you want to do it. There's one host out here that has military discounts and I only pay $155 per day. It's the guys that host at the track where that pic was taken.

I've only done 6 track days ever. I don't really have a set number I do, I'd like to do 'em all, but money is the only thing stopping me. If I can get 4-5 in per year, I would be a happy man. But the summer is kind of off season for me. 110 degrees and 115-120 in the paddock is too fucking hot for me, so March-May and Sep-Nov are the best times to go out here.

I really :lol:ed on this one.

Really? Wow. You're kicking ass out there.

I think you had a lot of street and canyon experience before then though. That doesn't mean much at the track, but it gives you a starting place.

Yeah, I tore up the streets for a bit before my first track day. But I did a lot of reading up on form and all that and I took the school and they were teaching everything I already knew or had an idea of. I had a few buddies that knew a bunch and they taught me some too.

I gotcha. We've had similar paths re: bikes.

Street retardation isn't worth it to me anymore after riding track.

Although I suppose I can ride at a faster pace on the street now and still not consider it near my limits... bigger error margin.

I've done 6 TDs now as well. They make such a difference.

Two more coming up in a month... hope the bike's ready :panic:

My next TD proly won't happen til October. So I'll be scraping the dust off and hopefully coming close to my personal best, but I hope I can shave another second or two off. It'll be difficult. It's gonna come down to the come down. How much more speed can I actually carry through this turn, etc...

Marko seemed to be on his period for the past month or so.

Don't know why... maybe he's missing old pinky.
