I laughed until I read "Police said they believe they found the couple's children -- ages 3 and 6 -- waiting in a truck near the vacant property when they arrived at the scene Saturday afternoon."

That is gonna be a shitty message to have to deliver to 2 young kids.

It's a gift to us. Now those kids will have to go to new parents and maybe they'll stand a chance of not becoming theiving bastards.

I got an email from a co-worker a while back from some picks of some guys who thought they were stealing some copper phone wire but instead where trying to steal a huge power cable. Those guys were toasted! I have the pics in an email somewhere. I'll see if I can find them.

That makes me happy.

I work in communications. These pricks will hit towers, stations, etc and rip out cabling. They'll end up making $50 on the deal, but then it costs us thousands in supplies and manpower to fix their damage. I really hope every one of them dies in the most gruesome fashion possible.

A few years back a major internet outage was caused by some brain donor who thought that fibreoptic cable was copper wire.

Sounds like the guy that climbed the wall on a transformer station. Power flickered enough to trigger an investigation. They sent a truck to find a burned guy with only a belt left as clothing. He died a few days later...

People are actually starting to steal reels of fiber now. Apparently they are selling them to contractors.

Question:
I found the pics of the guys who dug up a power line and got fried. The pics are pretty bad. Am i allowed to post them in News Desk or do I need to go to Dark Alley to do that?

Full reels are one thing but this idjit opened up a junction point, then hacked out the fibre. I don't think that they ever caught him.
