FF trade offer

I am being harassed to trade miles austin. Current offer is cedric benson and kevin walter( I have schaub as my QB) now my RB situation is rather weak with Michael turner, Michael Bush, and Marion Barber.

Now this has been ongoing for 2 weeks but now am wondering if its worth it since Tony homo is out for at least 6 weeks.

Any thoughts.

I may ask for another reciever though, walter has been a non factor in houstons offense recently. Plus my bro in law is a sneaky bastard so I never accept his first offer. Plus Collie is out for a few weeks so ocho stinko would be my top reciever.
