How much you want to bet that bitch was on her phone?:panic:
How much you want to bet that bitch was on her phone?:panic:
$5 says she was googling what kind of cat she wants to buy, $10 says she was texting her daughter in law about what color the new babies room should be, and $50 says that you are right

I dont even want to Pretend to think about that happening to me...It's actually something I do when I'm at a red light...I try and look in my mirror and see who or what is behind me...But I'll say it once and Im gonna say it again.
Women get more of a break on car insurance because they say men are more aggressive drivers...and when you turn 25 you get a nice break on your already high insurance...because your supposed to be more responsible at that age.
Women drivers are the reason behind the majority of accidents that I've seen...I woulda smacked that bitch in the face when she asked me if I was ok.

Since you can see her putting her phone in her pocket as she waddles around the front of the car, I'll take that bet. :lol

Ahh, car keys, of course! That totally explains why she was holding them up to her ear before she put them in her pocket.

Yeah, no doubt. I've been in a couple of accidents and I'm generally pretty understanding...but in that case I'm pretty sure I'd be more than a little irate.
And I doubt he was really "ok" even though he was still on his feet. He's either dealing with shock, a load in his undies, or both.

I'm thinking whiplash. Depending on the weight of his helmet I'm guessing there was some strain in the neck.
Hopefully there wont be any of the "I didn't see him" shit. Even if he wasn't there, she was going to wreck into the SUV.

I'm thinking more like compression fracture of the spine, the way he got bucked up and off the bike.
Or a hurt wrist, the way he smacked the car in front of him
Yeah, that lady would of gotten yelled at pretty loudly if she got in my face like that. He must of been pretty hurt to just stumble away.

At least a "get out of my bubble" elbow... It looks like she touched him... I probably would have floored her if she put her hands on me...

if you really think you saw a phone in the millisecond frame of her being shown then more power to you. I'm not saying she wasnt on her phone...But chances are she is that fucking horrible at drving...without any other distractions...if the bike wasnt in the way she was gonna rear end the van, bc she was hauling ass.

I never said I saw a phone, but when do you hold your keys up to your ear like this? Commom sense FTW.

This is why I always split to the front when cars stop.
And a Gixxer rider wearing a jacket gloves AND boots. I'm impressed.

I personally didnt take the time to go frame by frame...And honestly in realtime...I cant see that bc it happens to quick for me.
But more power to you for proving your point.
I also didnt say she wasnt on her phone...It wouldnt suprise me if she was eating lunch and doing makeup along with the phone call.

Yeah so is speeding, wheeling and racing on mountain roads. Are you going somewhere with this?redflip
Personally, I don't see a reason to commute via motorcycle unless you are doing it for the gas mileage or you get to split lanes. Stopping behind cars makes you a sitting duck IMO, so the fuel economy savings better offset the risk.

I completely agree that it is a dangerous position for motorcyclists. Im not arguing that. What im saying is that it is very OBVIOUS in a state that doesnt allow it. Just like U turns. Even cagers get all weird around here when you do shit like that, like your jumping them in the lunch line.

Not that any of the aforementioned activities are any more or less legal, it's just that it's harder to avoid notice when you're stuck at a light in a conspicuous position. (eg. sitting between lanes at the head of the line)

Maybe I missed it, but no one seems to have mentioned the one big no no he committed by stopping where he did. I dont know about ya'lls MSF, but mine taught me to stop towards one side or the other, while watching my mirrors and giving me an out, and to never trap myself in btw vehicles risking getting crushed. Granted this crap happened so fast you'd probably not have been able to get outta the way anyway.
She still sucks balls for what she did, and I hope the dude was okay.
Looks to me like he stopped on the right side of the vehicle, and might have had time to escape if he had an extra few second warning, but her stopped and got slammed. He was a little close to thee car in front of him, but hindsight is 20/20. Really it just happened too fast
