yup, fitness is my new obsession. i dumped 30 lbs. since this time last year and i just love pushing myself and seeing what i am capable of. i could live in the gym, if it wouldn't destroy my marriage. ;)

thanks! i do alot of hanging leg raises, weighted crunches and some reverse woodchopper moves on the cable machine along with the occasional set of russian twists. it varies, but i do it every day. no rest day for my abs. i hit 'em hard.
