I call bullshit... I've been (and seen) people REALLY REALLY whacked out on drugs and have never seen/heard of anyone legitimately doing anything this intricate in craziness.

However, I've seen much crazier shit than that. A guy at a concert is was working at, tried to claw his face off with his fingernails. When security held him down, he tried to finish the job by grinding his forehead into a concrete floor.
