Wow.

I agree. Crazy...

I'm curious, all these "professionals" that were included on the lawsuit, why are they so angry they were recorded? What were they doing/saying around that child that shouldn't be heard by anyone and everyone?

Some of them probably didn't care, but if the Dad said "you get 10k," wouldn't you join up too. I could be pissed for 10k.

They didn't win based on what they said around the child. They won because the bear was left alone with them and recorded their conversations without the child around. The bitch could of won if she didn't transcribe the conversations when the child wasn't present. The child could of been the one party for her.

Even if I didn't say anything remotely inappropriate around the child, I'd be pissed that I was being recorded without my consent, and that those recordings were distributed to others without my consent.

Jeez, it's things like this that make me appreciate my soon-to-be ex. We may not agree on a lot of things, but we're 100% on the same page with our son.

If you were a member of a profession that relied on confidentiality, to make it valid, wouldn't you also be concerned, even irate over someone recording you? I'm primarily talking about the doctor here, but the social worker also has to enjoy a certain degree of confidentiality, in order to get her job done.

Where the therapy sessions are concerned the recordings would give this whacked-out bitch ammunition to derail the child's 'recovery' from the mental abuse she heaped on her, by trying to turn her against her father. You can damned well bet that she did exactly that too, given the other lengths that she admitted going to. Aside from that, given that "Little Bear" had inadvertently been left behind on at least one occasion, the potential existed for recording of other people's sessions also.

Quite simply, the woman didn't care whose privacy she violated, in order to obtain her own ends.

When you wiretap, it's a crime....when the government does it, it's for national security.
