Pretty cool.
It's amazing to see how (comparatively) poor the returns were if you had made any purchases in '08.

A square foot of an Apple store generates $5,980 in annual revenue, that’s how profitable they are!
Revenue is not profit!

Especially taking into consideration the high rent where Apple tends to put its stores.

You've got to put the Crapple stores in the trendiest spots. Duh.

Typically near a Cheesecake Factory, and Williams Sonoma.

I'm not sure if it's still the case, but the Apple retail store revenue per square foot used to be the highest of any retail store in the US. I think Tiffany was next highest, and fairly significantly less.
I try not to think about what those Apple shares I used to have would be worth now. It gets depressing.

I tried to buy Apple stock in 1997 but I was 15 years old and only had $200. The guy at the brokerage I went to practically laughed at me.

Back in those days, the annual account fee would have been about the same amount :lol

Well since it only had about 130hp in the USA i would agre with you very much. But the EU version had 170HP which gave it a bit more spunk lol. Also they use some potent materials to power the DeLorean in "Back to The Future" lol. Plutonium? and Garbage? lol Thats where the power comes from.

Even euro spec you wouldn't get far with the oiling problems. There's a black one out there with a 20b three rotor and a porsche 911 tranny that's badass. All the rest suck
