Was there a price that I missed or are you speculating?

I was curious to know how many millions would be in the asking price.

The asking price hasn't been released which puts it into, "If you have to ask, then you can't afford it" territory.

I'm not sure it will be ridiculously expensive. While it is a lot of land it is really in the middle of nowhere. It also has the obvious improvements but they are only valuable to a small number of potential buyers (other auto companies and thats about it). Anyone else would likely just want the land and let the tracks fall in to disrepair rather than deal with the nightmare of maintaining them.

Sneak in and check it out. Film it and post it up here.
Anyone bothers you, just say you are trying before you buy.

Ladies at the supermarket do it all the time with fruit. it works...

I can't see CBRE letting it go cheap...

I'm not saying it will be cheap but they probably won't get much, if any, premium for the additions. Someone will probably pay the going rate for acreage in the area, but that should still generate enough commission for CBRE to want the listing.

Damn. The motorcross track makes me drool. What would the property tax be on that bad boy?
