I was watching Formula 1 qualifying at Silverstone this morning and the announcers mentioned the carnage at the start of the F1 race back in 1973.

Here's the first lap.

The second lap was about 2 hours later.

heh thought I was the only one who watched F1 on here. That videos nuts! So different from now where it's hard for people people to get on track when theres an accident. Jackie Stewart FTW!
Axis should be live feeding the race tomorrow at 7 am, caught it there last race. Some good highlights from qualifying. (http://axisofoversteer.blogspot.com/2008/07/other-flying-finn.html)

Pretty wild race today. For being "the best racer drivers in the world", they sure seem to crash excessively :idk:

Three way tie for the lead too:rockwoot:

Masssa spun 7 times I think? Pretty sure he watched a lot of drifting before the race and decided to try his skills.
I'm dumbfounded as to why they let kimi go out without fresh tires. Ferrari is the F1 juggernaut but some times they make the dumbest moves of all the teams. :idk:
Deff cool to see Hamilton win at home, the crowd ate it up on the podium.

check out kimi's badassery before the race
