BTW...fucking love spring. Shit is growing again. Not too hot, not too cold. Can sit on my patio and have a beer with my dog. Also uploaded and posted this business. The beauties of modern living.

today was the first day this year of making field calls on the bike. Put in 193 miles. Should be making field calls on it until Oct, I hope.

What's the temp starting at there? It was 28 here this morning but it's gonna be in the mid-50's here as well.

Now I know why you don't ride very much. You know that if you ride, you'll have to clean the bike when you get home, so you'd rather it sit in the garage under a cover to save time. :lol:

That really has nothing to do with it. I enjoy cleaning my bike. If I rode a billion miles a year I'd still clean it every time.

I have been riding here in Mich since the first week of March when we had that 70° heat wave. Then had to put her back away for a few weeks when it dipped back down to the low 30's and 20's. Then bout a week ago got her back out and rode to work only to have to head home in the rain at around 40°.
As of Friday there have been winds nearing the 40mph zone and I hate riding when I have to have a 20°lean while goin straight to compensate for the wind. Leanin is for turns.

Todays looking kinda decent, I am going to get the priller out for a shakedown run after I bleed the rear brake, then get her inspected tomorrow.

Yeah I took the bus out for a nice little ride.. shined everything up with that bugslide stuff.. works pretty well.. nice n ez.. Saw a ton of bikes out in my 30 mins out there.. Also saw a new mustang try n hang with a sport bike and almost go sideways into the woods.. kept my distance after that one..

Well tried to take her out for a shakedown ride and it wouldnt start. had it off the charger since I did the oil change last week, it started right up then, kinda odd it would die this fast. Welll its on the tender now and I am battery shopping :(

Any recomendations on where to buy from would be greatley appreciated

Well I managed to turn her over and did a 15 mile jaunt. Not too bad, barke pads need soem time ot bed in, not too much smoke for the first start up of the year. The new steering bearrings made a very noticeable difference in the steering. I will keep her on the charger for now but hopefully the battery is ok.
