“The footage of the children was recorded in January when Emory performed a clean song for the class. It was only later that Emory returned to the empty classroom to record a vulgar song, which he edited with clips of the children and posted to YouTube in mid-February.
On Tuesday, Judge William C. Marietti of the Muskegon County 14th Circuit Court sentenced Emory under a previously arranged plea deal to 60 days in jail, two years probation, 200 hours of community service, mandatory counseling and fines and costs. And when he emerges from jail, Emory can’t be within 500 feet of children under the age of 17. All for a comedy attempt gone awry.”

Muskegon County
That's where I grew up. The ruling does not surprise me in the least. I moved out of there 5 days after graduating high school, and I'm not sure I could have lasted another day there.

Muskegon Michigan? Yeah, place is a joke, but at least you have the beaches a few miles below that. Of course then there's Benton Harbor, lol

If there were a sustainable economy there, it's actually a great place to live. As a kid, it was nice. No crime, tons of woods for riding mountain bikes and dirt bikes, beaches just a short bicycyle ride away with no parking issues (the 2 months of the year you can stand to go in the water), sand dunes to play in during the summer and max out your sled during the winter. (You haven't lived until you've done 57mph on a plastic saucer )
But, the economy is brutal so it's full of people that think the government owes them a check every month. Not the mentality I could stand to be around anymore.

We need a website that plots attacks on liberty such as this (and others), so that one can shop for a whacko-free community when looking to buy a new home.
