I need someone crafty/photoshop or similar program friendly to help me with a personal project. I've been trying all morning and don't have the skill or talent to make it work.

It's a tattoo idea I want to see on a photo before I put it on my body. Anyone feel like helping a girl out?

Where the tattoo will be
What kinda of picture you will be supplying
