You all have it wrong. Take his "C" endorsement off his license, and give him a 250cc restricted "M". For at least two years. ;)

Now that would be true justice. He would definitely understand the consequences of his actions after that, probably much better than jail time.

I think if a lot of people rode even just a few times they may have a better understanding of what we deal with on a regular basis.
