I friggin hate this job. And people. I hate people. It's not my fault you didnt pay your bill, or it got lost in the mail, or any other of a 100 reasons you didnt pay the bill. That doesnt mean Im gonna give you special treatment or anything else. You have the same bill every damn month. At least I give you a friggin NOTICE before I turn your utilities off. I could just sit on my butt like every other utility does around here and turn you off without warning and charge umpteen bucks to get it back on. *sigh*
