My late grandfather used to have a huckster route ( a truck with an established route selling meat, eggs and veggies to customers ).
This nice Jewish lady ( who turned me on to lox and bagels, thank you very much  ) asked one day for a "slice of pink turkey leg". We got the rest of her order and went out to the truck. My grandfather pulled out a ham and started cutting a slice. I said to my grandfather "she's not supposed to eat that" ( I was 12 at the time ). To which he replied, "she's getting a slice of pink turkey leg, just liked she asked for"

That would be fucking incredible on a burger. Imagine: your bacon slices can't move off of your burger because they're woven around the whole burger patty.
Or better yet: bacon rebar: woven INTO the burger.

What are you thinking? It won't get crispy inside the burger...

Pre-cook
Pre-cook
yeh if the pig blanket was made smaller, pre-cook it, then you can cover it in hamburger meat, throw it on the grill, drop some cheese on top and munch away.

My wife has a coworker that hosts their christmas party each year. She makes pig candy. It is bacon cooked in brown sugar. So it was a sweet, crispy sweet salty delight
