ABC News' Devin Dwyer reports: Rep. Anthony Weiner of New York says he "cannot say with certitude" that the photo of a man in gray boxer briefs that was posted to his Twitter account Friday night is not him.

Weiner reiterated what he has said several times in the past few days that he did not deliberately send the image and that his account was "hacked."

The Democratic congressman made the comment during a brief live appearance on MSNBC's "Andrea Mitchell Reports that was interrupted by technical difficulties and then postponed.

Just in his shorts? No big. As long as no one has to see Weiner's weiner, no harm, no foul.

It does beg the question, however; Why would you post pics of you in your shorts to your online profile?

Its easy to accidentally attach the wrong picture to a Twitter message if its already in your library. Its also easy for someone to get ahold of your phone and post it for you.

But anyway, its a picture of a man in his boxers, no biggie. Not like they posted of a sex tape of him with a couple of teens or anything.
