Hell in Russia they are probably just laying around. Probably lawn ornaments for some.

Edit - Fuck it... I'll put it here. The original file I got was very rough and small. I blew it up but it made the pic a bit fuzzy, so I worked on the contrast and color a bit. This is what I got/liked. When you condense it back down it looks good.
