Saw that, almost posted it. Thief got what he deserved, but I'm still against chases of any kind. 1/3 of them end badly for total innocents.

This time, it all came out just fine, however.

Nah...no one would have busted on him for being a scumbag....he'd have likely been lit up for being a cock gobbling girly man, though.

girly man, yes...cock gobbling is for those who like to play with phallic objects instead of learning to press the magic buttons.

...Thief got what he deserved.....

So stealing and eluding is punishable by death now? So cops should now shoot and kill any guy who steals a vehicle and runs. I don't think so Avatard. redflip

What he did was fuck up...and he lost his life because of it. :idk:

Avatard

That's what I meant. He chose to run at high speed.

No, I don't believe theft should be punishable by death, although I think theft of someone's bike should be punishable by a sound fucking beating, whenever possible.

Apparently I did steal something: your thunder.

Someone who steals motorcycles and such doesn't deserve sympathy.

Oh, almost forgot: fuck you.

The discussion isn't about symphathy, but whether if stealing a motorcycle and running from the cops should equal death. Please follow along.

And then you related it to some other type of theft and made a topic leap over the Grand Canyon. I can't fly, dude.

And I worked hard for all of my stuff.

What is stolen is not relevant unless you believe that death is an appropriate punishment for a specific type of theft.

does not matter if death is an appropriate outcome or not, death is a POSSIBLE outcome so too bad if you cause your own death, its YOUR fault not mine or the cops, YOU chose to run, now YOU and your family need to accept the consequences

Its really that simple....I'm stunned we even talk about it anymore. Pull over...and have your day in court...or run and risk getting yourself killed. Everything that happens AFTER a dumbass has made the decision to run is on HIM.

We are talking about whether someone SHOULD die if they steal a bike and run...not that he ran and killed himself.

Yes, he deserved to die, not because he is a thief, but because he put himself in a situation where death is a very real possibility.

That makes -0- sense dude.

We all put ourselves in situations where death is a "very real possiblity" i.e. riding in A group on the track, canyon carving, sky diving, bungee jumping etc. etc. etc. I guess we deserve to die too. :idk:

He put himself at the mercy of natural selection. He wasnt a naturally good enough rider to run from the cops and offed himself in the attempt.

I don't think you (not you personally, just in general) can really ask whether he deserved to die or not, no one killed him but himself, therefore, it would be more a question of why did he choose to commit suicide?

What DID he deserve?

Honestly....what did he deserve under the laws the civilized portion of society choose to live by?

His day in court, right?

He CHOSE to forgo that right...and risk his life by committing another crime. He lost that risk.

Why are still talking about this again?

He rolled the dice....and lost big. The REAL people to feel bad for are whatever "friends" or family a thief has.....knowing he died not only a thief...but also a dumbass.
