Anyone running any?
Anyone running any?
I have a cheapo non OEM set on the CBR right now. The bike has suffered 2 non moving slow drops in the last 4 years and they have faired fine, no breaks or anything like that. I have a few $15 sets in my tool box just in case (going back a few bikes) and they have always treated me good.
Obviously they are not the same quality as OEM and high end aftermarket items, there is some play and I am sure they are weaker than the big $$$ ones, but in the end of the day they still work just fine.

I have Pazzo shorty's on the Buell, and cheapo Ebay ones on the SV.
Love the feel of the Pazzo's and they match the frame, the cheapo ones are pretty much the same as stock, but cheaper and with a fake cf finish.

These cheapos have gotten good reviews on another forum. He has different colors, and short vs long:

I dig my pazzos, wish I'd bought both sets though so I could have a short clutch and long brake

I drank the Kool Aid and Got the Pazzo shorties for the B King. they well made and work great. But to be honest I am not sure they $175 better than the Originals

They are on the Buell. Stockers just didn't have a good feel.

No kidding wtf... lol
Too late for influence, but I have been using ASV levers for the last three years and still love them. They are pretty expensive I supposed, $125 each. But they have more increments of adjustment than can possibly be legal, can be adjusted easily on the go with one hand, and the quality is fairly outstanding. They also have a 5 year guaranteed unbreakable warranty.

I always see lifetime break free warranty for them.

Hey, don't give me false hope! You know how I get.
Seriously, from ASV? Pretty sure it's a five year warranty for the levers I got. There are other series ASV levers that have a three or a one year warranty. Maybe you saw a distributor that offered their own lifetime warranty for them?
http://asvinventions.com/Unbreakable-Levers Their website still says 5/3/1 year depending on which levers.

I was going to do a size comparo with my wiener but I knew Trip would click and save the pics for his own personal use. Plus it would look weird having these small levers next to a huge grip bar.
