The swingarm looks familiar though the builder probably ganked it off a similar sized bike and reused it. I'm noticing a few parts that are straight off another small bike, I just cant seem to place it.

Looks remarkably like some of the Spondon, or older JMC swingarms that I've seem, though there's no way it was made by them.
