I know this is a bit of an unusual request, but if someone has a 7" headlight in their garage/stockpile that will accept an H4 headlight bulb, please let me know. I need one to finish my bike ASAP.

7in round is a VERY common headlight size in the chrome world.

Try Headwinds (http://www.headwinds.com/)or Eurocomponents (http://www.eurocomponentsusa.com/). But beware, headwinds is expensive, till you compare it to Eurocomponents.
Cheaper alternatives would be debrix (http://stores.channeladvisor.com/debrixcycles/Lighting%20-%20License%20Plates/Headlights/)
Then a midgrade place to look would be J&P Cycles (http://www.jpcycles.com/)
Another would be Joker Machine (http://www.jokermachine.com/), they make some kick ass stuff.
