Yeah Rx pills and sleep aids aren't illegal, nor is booze.

The family needs to stop trying to clean her image.

It's all unfortunate. And, I empathize with their loss. But, she didn't spend a lot of time wanting to live in the real world. Maybe she can find some peace now.

Most likely. She also had huge weight swings, at times becoming very gaunt.

This is also very hard on the heart.

She clearly wasn't at peace. Fame won't allow peace for some. Sure, there's people (who themselves would only welcome fame) who think it all quite wonderful, and can find no fault, thinking those who might eschew such a thing rather foolish.

I understand both sides...because I grew up around it, and know the dark sides of fame.

I've lost friends, people I played with. I don't really have a very positive view of fame, myself.

Fan comes from the word "fanatic", and the people that surround you can actually be very strange. It becomes constant, and very stressful.

It's not a normal existence, and it's a reality that really isn't very happy for some people. Moreso than apparently many might even expect. One of those "careful what you wish for things", I suppose.

The limo stops being "cool" after day 3, and then some sleep and a little respect, and perhaps not being treated objectively become the things you start to relish far more. Fame is the deceptively easy job that can completely break your spirit, and is actually quite fucking hard to endure. It kills some, historically...it always has.
