We were super dry for most of the summer but things have been better lately.

Today, we are getting the outer bands from Hurricane Irene. We'll probably get a few inches over the next few hours.

It rained in Kyle and San Marcos for about 20-30 minutes pretty good yesterday. Here in South Austin I think it did for maybe 5 minutes. The leaves are now falling off my tree out front....
