Had to replay it 10 times......at first I thought a dude fell off. So this dude covers himself with leaves? I mean damn, I guess east coast bums are so poor they can't even afford a dollar-store blanket.

According to where I found it, he runs around the forest there dressed like this. Riders have encounters with him and he runs off.

read the comments, apparently it is some whack job that runs away when people try to confront him. These were kids riding in an enduro race. This is way fucked up.

actually looked like the bikes were off the trail... you can see it goes to the left around the ninja right as the 2nd bike hits him...
