They lost 29-24, it looked like both teams were playing their third through fifth string players to see who would be cut, They were playing like it was high school ball.

It's preseason, no one gives a shit if they win or lose. It's to test the new players/last stringers.

Welcome to preseason, week 4. Tampa sat all their starters and the Skins sat most of theirs.

It was nice to see the USF Bulls (perpetually underrated) beat Notre Dame (perpetually overrated). Too bad the game took 6 hours and the last 4 minutes weren't broadcast.
