Didn't look like he passed anybody dangerously, and the only time he crossed the double yellow is in places that there is plenty of visibility. I'm not saying that its right but he is doing the wrong thing in a responsiblish way

I could put my name in a video of Sofia Vergara getting rammed by some guy. Doesn't mean they can prove it was me (to my disappointment) who did it.

If they stopped him and got a hold of that video, then it'd be a different story.
