For the past three decades, Uncle Sam has been providing a handful of patients with some of the highest grade marijuana around. The program grew out of a 1976 court settlement that created the country's first legal pot smoker.

The article claims that the medical is some of the "highest grade" and it is only 3%!

I wonder what they are "graded" on since it sure isn't potency.

30% may be a bit high, though there are plenty of breeders that claim their strains are capable of it. 20-25% is very potent and common at state legalized dispensaries.

3% is a joke. It means you have to ingest far more burnt plant material to get the desired effect, be it recreation or medicinal.
