If I ran the PD in that city I'd tell those guys to fuck themselves. They obviously got the pennies from a bank, so they could have just as easily gotten paper money instead.

I deal with this on a much much smaller scale everyday...I dont say no when people have handfuls of change...Why? Bc i'm running a business and we deal with banks...Take the pennies to the bank and get your money...Is it a pain in the ass? Yes...but money is money.

OK so how about every customer does that........Eventually some of them decide to gyp you (unless you buy a counting machine and make your cashier count it every time to make sure you're not getting gyped)

I have a machine...And sure if every one did it then yeah I'd probably be a little pissy...But lets be honest, how much traffic flow is the Towing company getting with people who were in line?
