It's far enough off the beaten path that'll you still get the trendy hipster douches there(where cant you go in this city to avoid that), but at least the bums and 6 St drunks aren't harassing your parking job.

You're such an old man. I wouldn't call this downtown anyway...10th is too far North and Lamar is too far West. Just going at 3PM on a weekday...you'll be fine. :wink:
