It's not the distance, it's the time of year. I want to ride the bike if I'm going to a bike show. But I don't have seat warmers or heated gear, not to mention my bike isn't exactly set up for snow and ice. Therefore, I won't be going to any bike shows in the north during the dead of winter. :lol:

the show in NYC is usualy mid to late january so weathers prety bad here. theres usualy a handful of guys who ride in, but i hate riding in manhattan as it is so I iwll take the train in ;)

I am going in on friday and will prolly make a day of it. my friend chris will be getting there after 4 so I may head out there a little later. I usualy try to be there first thing to beat the crowds.
