Yea, if it works it will be awesome! Oh for those that post negative comments without even reading the info.... It's not just a "bigger display to play with". If someone with an escort live detector encounters a radar trap, you get a notice on your display if you are on the same road, going the same direction behind them. Also, it shows a gps map with all of the alerts in your area on it.....

We have the V1 in the minivan, that damn thing is going off all of the time, it's annoying, and I mostly ignore it. We have the escort in my little car. I love it because it's 1). not annoying, and only goes of when it's for realz and 2). I have a red light on my dash that lights up--no annoying beeps!
