looks like im without my bike until friday or monday...
Took my bike in for the first service and they found my left front rotor is warped. so the part had to be ordered but it is covered under the warranty. so now im stuck driving my camaro till its fixed.

3 - 5 days isn't bad... many dealers are 5 days before they'll even look at a bike...

That is fine if they let you put your name in the hat without the bike there... many say... drop it off, get in line... we'll call you when we get to it.

it's called making an appointment.
If I set something up for friday at noon, I expect the bike to be in the shop with a tech looking at it NLT 12:30, and I know I should show up 10 min early for said apointment.
If i just walk in and need something, then yeah, if they can fit me in, great, if they can't... not their fault.

WTF?! It's a brake rotor- simple shit. If it wasn't under warranty, I'd say fuck the shop. That whole time better be waiting for the part to show up, since the job won't even take an hour.

I get on the spot service at my dealer. No bullshit. Of course I haven't needed any major service on any of my bikes.

The Brake felt "Spongy" Right after he got it...But it would be intermittent and not all the time.
The 3-5 dyas is proly how long it takes for shipping, installing front rotors is pretty easy.

In todays world every one has to cover their own ass. Imagine if he took it then posted after he got into an accident. You same ppl tellin him to take it back would be tellin him to take the dealership for every last penny. They can't determine there is a brake problem then say here ride with shitty front brakes.
