Flexeril, Soma, Robaxin, Motrin, Litocane patches, Tylenol 3 and Ultram. that's the list of meds the doc gave me, that and a refferal to a chiropractor. I'm a mess right now, I cant bend over, twist my back walk at anything of a decent pace, hold any weight. Pretty much a bag of slow walking meat at the moment.

was doing back extensions, got startled and moved the wrong way
We are getting old, I fucked my back up earlier in the year just coughing, wasn't nearly as bad as yours is sounding though. :lol:

vitamin M is a staple with Military docs... it's the cure all... I don't think I've ever had a prescription that didn't include some...

Bullshit. I do sets on the roman chair with a full 45 lb plate. The weight makes a difference.
More important than anything, though, is form and range, and neither of those involves being being startled and twisting.

Flexeril is awesome, if it doesn't make relax your back it will at least knock you out so you don't care you can't stand up. I take half of one, I am am drooling on myself for 24 hours.

Yup, roman chair is another name, no weight but the guy across the room from me broke the weight rack sending a full weight set falling down. I twisted on my way up and just felt my back go out.
This is the third time Ive done this, the other two weren't nearly as bad though, and I was fine fairly quickly after, didnt need any medicine, just a trip to the chiropractor to get the electro shock muscle therapy

I reached to pet the cat on the front steps once and ended up in the ER. My list of meds looked identical. My back has been fucked ever since if I move just the wrong way.
Good luck, man. I wouldn't wish that pain on just about anyone.
