Doing a rebuild on a buddy's KLR.

No, it was more of a, "It's making a weird noise" kinda deal.

That was the first thing I checked. The previous owner did an Eagle Mike job, and the spring tension was good.
I think he sucked some water in through the air box, the sludge in this fucking thing is unreal, (it's only got 20K on it :lol:)

Aside from the fact that it's completely fucked, it seems to have been in pretty good tune.
