Glad to be back stateside.

but timezones suck, I'm stuck wide awake at 0300.... Great. Been going thru mail and some of the packages and checking on the trip to chicago for the wife and I --- for some odd reason I don't see us flying in today with the snowstorms in the area.

Back at Redstone? Glad that I didn't end up going into the military. Just the one hour difference, from Huntsville to Toronto, usually kicks the shit out of me for a couple of weeks

Perhaps, but the surrounding countryside is a damned sight more hospitable, than Afghanistan

I don't know about that, it really depends on who you are, what color your skin is, what religion you are, and your sexual orientation. Hey, a lot like Afghanistan. LOL

They both have well armed locals. LOL

Haven't run into a IED on Four Mile Post or 65, but I'll keep that in mind ;)

shitvillestan State 65 is a nice ride and it becomes TN 97. A nice little ride through the cotton fields appeals to my inner redneck.

Playing games with the filters, I see

I don't know what's triggering that filter. I don't think it's related to rocket city, I think it's another part of the word. I will have to look in the settings real quick, it got me too.

Go to the Grove in Oxford if you want women in the Southeast. All that other stuff is still not great when you got the suckness of Huntsville.

You also have Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant not far from Huntsville. That's good enough reason for me to only visit on my way to Wilson or Wheeler Hydro.

Your filter is buggering up links too, BTW.

Bellefonte is nothing more than a shell. There is nothing there but a training facility and a few engineers researching the cost of eventually finishing it.

Brown's Ferry is the exact same design as Fukushima. It's also got a nice long history to it. Do some google searches. NRC gave them a red finding not that long ago.
