not a crazy maneuver, they learn it in helo school. But he was just about 50 feet too low, and it looks he was trying to put on a show for the troops on the ground. Its also possible that he didn't know the altitude of the ground vs what he was flying.

Either way dud just lost his career, possibly some freedom, and from the looks of it might have or came really close to taking out some of the ground troops.

Difference between school/combat and this is environment. Endangering ground troops with showing off ain't what our equipment is for....

Did you read what I wrote? Dude fucked up, and I would bet that he winds up in levenworth for a while. Negligence and just plain stupidity.

This guy is chargable under a shit load of offences, UCMJ articles 98,99,109,111,133,134, and possibly 115 and 125 if they are stretching for it (not really those last two, but look them up)

I wasn't trying to argue with you. I know those guys are trained to do it. Yeah, he is fucked.

We had two idiots try and fly under our power lines and crash, kinda like the Italy thing.

Fuckers need to leave it for the battlefield or training ground.
