I like the Sidi Vertigos better than any A* boots I've tried on. A* are always really loose around the ankle/arch area.

I bought a slightly used pair for $100 and have worn them for about 6 months and still love them...good boot.

I had a new pair of those Oxtars but sold them...nice boot...just liked the A* better.

Lets get it on this weekend, Weather is going to be great. Any ideas as to where? We could just hit the local Puckettes and go from there I guess...

Maybe early tomorrow?

I sat on the bike last night with them and the only thing I worry about is how much my boot is always hitting my exhaust... I do need to try and move my rear sets up and down though so we will see. They seem to have the softest leather so break in wont be an issue. I love the booties in them.

I cant complain about shit for this deal.

They are so new its crazy! Not really a mark on them even the soles!

That's a thought...my exhaust is undertail so I didn't have to worry about that.

Looks like your boots may be a newer model than mine...great deal man. :dthumb:

I have the same issue with hitting my exhaust. I have a high-mount so it comes up right behind my peg it feels like. Would rear-sets help that out?

Well It may. If it moves your feet up higher as most due and you can deal with the ride position. I personally hated mine up high. I'm to tall for that shit. It will help move your pegs but some rear sets might make it closer to your pipe not move it further. I would check out a few sets on a site like bike pics to see where they put ya or maybe a bike specific site to ask some questions before you buy.

To bad nice pipes dont have a nicely styled heat sheild for just this problem in that area.
