spend most of the day fixing the car, and then moved on to the bike. took a good 3 hours to make sure everything fit right, but i got it back together, and with parts to spare. i forgot to order windscreen screws, but i can pick some of those up anywhere i'm assuming. still need some hardware (mirror, new sliders, etc) but its at least fully functional again.
