Best Movie I've seen in a long long time.
I loved it. Missed half the jokes because the theater was so loud with the laughs...But I still enjoyed it.
Can't wait to watch it again, at home...So i can hear everything
Waiting for either the chinese/russians/arabs to put it on watchfreemovies.ch, so I can snag the stream and put it up on the appleTV.

I must have missed something because I though the only few funny parts were what was in the trailer. I might have chuckled once or twice, but it certainly wasn't the gut-buster I was expecting. Meh.

I concur but I was expecting that.
It was funny. The whole first third to half was in the trailer.
The second half was good but never once had me busting a gut.
Typical Seth McFarlane stuff.

This is my problem with it... I don't watch family guy and not really liking of their humor. Never got into simpsons too much either..

Sorry I'm not up on my weird asian porn. :wtfru:

I see where you're going. So what isn't out right hilarious or dead serious is the kind of joke you either get or don't get followed by you're either amused or just waiting for the next punch line? Something like that? From the trailer it was like watching a 3d family guy.

Just seems odd seeing a teddy bear that sounds like peter griffin. I thought the trailers were hilarious, hope the rest is the same. Everyone told me the hangover was the greatest comedy ever. Thought it was funny, but not bust your nut funny like everyone hyped it to be.

I was thinking the same thing but my brain never clicked that it was peter griffin until Ted mentioned it in the movie.
I don't know. I can pretty watch anything and still enjoy it. It's got to have some REALLY shitty acting for me to turn it off. I like movies that don't have big names in them. For example Cloverfield. Loved it and can't wait for the sequel.

I get the feeling that Seth Mcfarland pitched this movie originally as a family guy prequal, how Lois and Peter got together and why Brian talks. Then Fox said no, and he made the movie anyway. Just my guess.

Yea but brian was a homeless dog and peter took him in.

Funniest movie Ive seen in years.

Yeah, they already did a Brian origin on family guy. They also did a Lois and Peter get together origin as well. Both those episodes are pretty old too. I doubt Fox would care, they let him make the whole Star Wars trilogy. I hope they let him do some more like that, those were fuckin hilarious.

Episode IV was funny. The other two were ok.

It was funny, but not as funny as I expected.
It was basically family guy though. Seth mcfarland, mila kunis (meg), and the tall guy that worked at the rental place (joe swanson). And it was chocked full of 80's and pop culture references that might go right over some peoples heads.
I just enjoyed drooling over Mila Kunis...

No, the greatest comedy ever is Anchorman, followed by Supertroopers.
