and having worked at CFA as a teen, it's a great org to work for. there's a reason they are always packed, it's not all due to product and very little to do w/ the org. religious beliefs.

I don't think so, I don't think they ever had to get involved. The dude posted his info pretty easily to get a hold of, just regular internet trolls are going after him with relative ease. You can go to any fast food place and just order a cup of water, most places they will give you them for free. He went through the drive thru and ordered it. Some places actually have water only cups, so they know if you try to go to a drink fountain with just a water cup.
We use to go around in high school getting about 200+ cups of water from a bunch of different fast food places and then leaving them on someone's porch spelling out something obscene when we were bored and drunk.

The guy has probably never been to a CFA in his entire life because being a CFO of a catheter company (in which I think there are only a few) he's able to have Mortons and Ruth Chris's every lunch. The guy didn't realize that CFA doesn't hire complete morons. A lot of them are HS students who are college bound and thus they aren't idiots. I don't like CFA's food but I think the service there is amazing and better than a lot of nice sit down restaurants I've been to.
The biggest douchebag thing is the guy was hoping for the employee to go apeshit on him so he could put it on youtube. The guy has to be smart enough to know that by showing video of an employee voicing an opinion or getting upset with him on youtube in hopes it goes viral would likely result in that person being fired. If he wanted to be a douchebag to the manager that is one thing. Should have asked for him/her first thing.

So you just roll thru the drive-thru and ask for 10 waters? I would have said gtfo. I worked at Wendys in high school, and the most anyone asked for was 1 or 2 waters. And as far as I remember, we charged something for it, like 10 or 25 cents. Of course nowadays it's different because there's more competition, so they all suck up to the customer.
