Well, just went ahead and paid her off. She's got less than 4200 miles on her (about 850 when I got her). I just don't have time to ride her and it has become more of a chore to take her out just to keep the engine lubricated. She's a fun bike, but I need the money. I don't know. I was really wanting her to take the miles off the VFR so she'd last forever but two is too many right now.

Remember when you told me that I should keep both the VFR and the ER? ;)

If you haven't retired yet, then you don't really have time for more than one bike. When I eventually want something different I might hang onto the ER as a track bike but given that I'm starting to hurt in places I didn't know that I had these days, probably not.

Would it be a waste of my time to see what a dealer would give me? Ive never sold to a dealer before.

You'll likely lose more that $1,000.00 on a dealer sale, over private.

Full coverage insurance, pay hillbilly $50 to crash it into tree. Video tape. If caught put tape on Youtube and make money off of idiot hitting tree.

THAT would be insurance fraud. I believe that is frowned upon..... :lol
